Hierarchical Budgets¶
Budgets and spending controls help you keep workflow costs predictable, especially when workflows grow to many steps or use Agent steps for deeper work.
In GloriaMundo, budgeting is designed to be practical and transparent:
- Virtual Run shows an expected cost preview before you execute.
- Settings can require approval above certain thresholds.
- Agent steps can be constrained so a sub-task doesn’t expand without bounds.
Where Budgets Show Up¶
You’ll see budgeting and cost signals in a few places:
- Virtual Run: expected cost preview and warnings before live execution
- Execution confirmations: stronger confirmations when a run is expected to be higher impact
- Billing: usage summaries and transaction history

Best Practices¶
- Start with Safe mode for new workflows and require Virtual Run before running live.
- Keep Agent step objectives narrow and test them in isolation before relying on them in scheduled workflows.
- Disable workflows you’re not actively using, especially scheduled ones.
