Credit Tiers

GloriaMundo uses a tiered credit limit system. Your tier determines how much you can spend before needing to top up, and whether you receive a grace period when you reach your limit.

All new users start at Tier 0. As you build a payment history, you progress to higher tiers with larger credit limits.

Tier Table

Tier Credit Limit Max Single Debit Grace Period Qualifying Payment
0 $20 $20 (1x limit) None $20+
1 $50 $100 (2x limit) 3 days $50+
2 $100 $200 (2x limit) 3 days $100+
3 $250 $500 (2x limit) 3 days $250+
4 $1,000 $2,000 (2x limit) 3 days --

Credit Limit is the standard spending threshold for your tier.

Max Single Debit is the absolute maximum your balance can go into debit. At Tier 0, this equals the credit limit (a hard stop). At Tier 1 and above, it is twice the credit limit, because the grace period allows continued use while you arrange payment.

Qualifying Payment is the minimum payment amount that counts towards tier progression.

How Tier Progression Works

Tier progression is based on your payment history:

  1. Three consecutive on-time qualifying payments at or above your current tier's threshold triggers an upgrade to the next tier.
  2. A late payment (after the 3-day grace period expires) demotes you by one tier and resets your progress counter.
  3. A payment below the qualifying amount reduces your outstanding balance but does not count toward tier progression. Only payments that meet or exceed the outstanding balance will clear it.

For example, if you are at Tier 1 ($50 limit) and make three consecutive on-time payments of \(50 or more, you move to Tier 2 (\)100 limit). If you then miss a grace-period deadline, you drop back to Tier 1.

Tier 4 is the maximum. There is no further progression beyond it.

Grace Period

When your balance reaches the credit limit at Tier 1 or above, a 3-day grace period begins. During this grace period:

  • Your workflows continue to run.
  • You can spend up to twice your credit limit (the "max single debit" column).
  • A payment due date is set, and the amount owed is recorded.

If you pay within the 3 days, the grace period clears and everything continues normally. If the grace period expires without payment, your services are paused until payment is received.

Tier 0 users do not receive a grace period. When you hit the $20 limit, workflows stop until you top up. This protects new accounts from accumulating unexpected charges.

Services Paused

If your grace period expires or your balance exceeds the maximum allowed debit, your account enters a "services paused" state. In this state:

  • Workflows will not execute.
  • You can still view your workflows and settings.
  • Making a payment restores access immediately.

Checking Your Tier

Your current tier, balance, and credit limit are visible in the billing section of your account. If you are in a grace period, the payment due date is shown alongside the amount owed.
