The page displays:
- Summary grid — Total connections, active count, expiring soon, and expired
- Connection list — Each connected app with its status, connection date, and expiry information
- Health indicators — Colour-coded status for each connection
Connection Statuses¶
| Status | Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | Working normally |
| Warning | Yellow | Token expires within 7 days |
| Danger | Red | Token expires within 3 days or has already expired |
Viewing Connection Details¶
Each connection shows:
- App name — The connected service (e.g., Gmail, Slack)
- Connected as — The account identity (e.g., your email address)
- Connected date — When the connection was established
- Last used — When the connection was last used by a workflow
- Expiry date — When the token is expected to expire (if applicable)
Refreshing a Connection¶
If a connection is expiring or has expired:
- Find the connection on the Connections page
- Click Refresh
- If the token refresh succeeds, the connection returns to active status
- If it fails, you'll be prompted to reconnect via OAuth
Adding New Connections¶
Click Open Integrations to browse available apps and connect new services.
Multiple Accounts for the Same Service¶
You can connect more than one account for the same service. On the Connections page, use + Add Account on an existing connection card to start another OAuth flow for that service. This is useful when you need, for example, more than one Gmail or Slack account inside the same GloriaMundo account.
When more than one account is connected, GloriaMundo falls back to your default account unless the workflow or step is bound to a specific one. In account pickers, the fallback account is marked (Default). When building a workflow, GloriaMundo may ask which account to use, or use your default account automatically.
If you need a different account for one step, choose it in the step editor instead of relying on the fallback. If you need a different account for the trigger itself, choose it in the trigger picker when you set up an event-triggered workflow.
Disconnecting an App¶
To remove a connection, click Disconnect on the relevant connection. Any workflows that depend on this connection will fail until you reconnect.
Sidebar Badge¶
The sidebar shows a notification badge on the Connections icon when any connections need attention (expiring or expired). This helps you stay on top of connection health without needing to visit the page regularly.
