GloriaMundo uses a credit-based billing system designed to be transparent and predictable. This guide explains how to understand costs, where to see usage, and how to control spending.

How Billing Works

The Credit/Debit Model

Your account operates like a balance that is consumed as you generate and run workflows.

In the Billing section you can see:

  • Your current balance
  • Recent transactions
  • Usage summaries over a selected time window

GloriaMundo also uses spending controls (see below) so you can require confirmation for higher-impact actions.

What Consumes Credits

Costs depend on what your workflow does and how complex it is. Common credit-consuming operations include:

  • Workflow generation and updates (building workflows from natural language)
  • Virtual Run previews (especially when a preview executes safe reads/transforms to show realistic outputs)
  • Live workflow runs (connected service calls, content generation, code steps, browser steps, and related processing)
  • Enhancement runs (when you ask GloriaMundo to propose and apply workflow improvements)

If a workflow uses third-party services, those services may have their own rate limits or billing outside of GloriaMundo depending on your account with them.

Cost Preview Before Execution

GloriaMundo is designed to show cost implications before you commit. Virtual Run provides an estimated cost preview for the run, and the UI can require stronger confirmation before higher-impact actions execute.

Viewing Usage And Transactions

In Settings → Billing you can review:

  • Balance and billing status
  • Usage summaries
  • Recent transactions (what was charged and when)

Spending Controls

GloriaMundo provides multiple ways to keep spending predictable:

  • Execution modes that require previews and/or stronger confirmation before write actions
  • Settings that require approval above configured thresholds
  • Low-balance notifications (where supported by your browser)

Cancellation Impact And Workflow Export

If you change plans or cancel, GloriaMundo can show an impact summary of what will be affected and provide an option to export your workflows for backup or migration.

How do I reduce costs?

Use Virtual Run before executing, keep workflows scoped to what you need, and disable automations you’re not actively using. Presets can also help you choose a faster vs. more thorough generation style; see Presets.

Can I require confirmation before higher-impact actions?

Yes. Use execution modes, confirmations for write actions, and spending-related settings. See Governance & Safety and Settings.
