Settings¶
Settings lets you customize how GloriaMundo behaves: how workflows are generated, what safety checks apply before execution, how memory is handled, and what spending/notification controls you want enabled.
Overview¶
Settings are organized into categories. The exact set may vary over time, but commonly includes:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| AI Models / Presets | Choose how fast vs. thorough workflow generation should be |
| Memory | Control whether preferences and context can carry across sessions |
| Safety | Approvals, auditing strictness, and blocked actions |
| Communications | Controls for outbound messaging behavior |
| Spending | Spending thresholds and low-balance alerts |
| Billing | Balance, usage, and transaction history |
| General | Browser notification permissions and general preferences |
On first visit, you may see a short guided tour highlighting key categories.
Presets And Workflow Generation¶
Presets control the workflow generation experience. Use them to choose the balance of speed vs. thoroughness when creating and refining workflows.
Common options include:
- Economy: fastest drafts for simple workflows
- Balanced: recommended default for most workflows
- Performance: more deliberate generation for complex or higher-stakes workflows
- Ultimate: maximum thoroughness for critical workflows
See Presets and Workflow Generation.
Memory¶
Memory controls whether GloriaMundo can remember useful context across conversations, such as preferences and recurring project context.
If you’re working on sensitive workflows, consider keeping memory conservative and relying on explicit context via projects and documents instead. See Knowledge Base.
Safety And Approvals¶
Safety settings let you decide how conservative you want GloriaMundo to be before it executes workflows that can change external systems.
Common controls include:
- Audit enabled and audit strictness: add extra checks before execution
- Require approval for write actions: add an explicit confirmation boundary before sending/posting/creating/updating
- Blocked actions: prevent specific action types from running
- Workflow complexity limits: guardrails to prevent unexpectedly large workflows
For the in-builder execution modes (including “preview required” behavior and stronger confirmations), see Governance & Safety and Virtual Run Preview.
Communications¶
If you run workflows that send outbound messages (email, chat, social posts), use communications controls to require approval before sending and to keep early tests low-risk.
Tip: When you’re building a new workflow, do a Virtual Run first and keep write actions behind explicit confirmation until you’re confident.
Spending Controls¶
Spending controls help you keep costs predictable. Depending on your plan and configuration, you may be able to:
- Require approval above a spending threshold
- Receive low-balance notifications
- Use Virtual Run to preview cost before executing
See Billing & Credits.
Skills And Persona¶
GloriaMundo supports reusable customization:
- Skills Library: enable/disable curated skills and add your own domain-specific skills. You can upload and edit custom skills, and GloriaMundo may warn or block unsafe skill content during upload.
- Persona (“Soul”): configure the assistant’s default voice, priorities, and constraints. You can set a default persona and optionally override it per workflow or project.
Browser Notifications¶
Browser notifications can be used for:
- Workflow completion or failure alerts
- Errors requiring attention
- Low-balance alerts (if configured)
To enable:
- Go to Settings → General
- Toggle Browser Notifications on
- Click Allow when your browser prompts for permission
Resetting Settings¶
To reset all settings to their defaults:
- Go to Settings
- Click Reset to Defaults
- Confirm the reset
Warning
Resetting applies across categories and cannot be undone.
