Connecting Services

GloriaMundo connects to 800+ apps so workflows can read data from your tools and take actions on your behalf. This page explains how to connect services, how connection status affects workflows, and what to do when something isn’t connected.

Overview

Workflows often combine multiple tools: for example, pull data from email or a CRM, transform it, and then post results to chat, documents, or spreadsheets. To do this, GloriaMundo needs you to connect the relevant services.

Connections are typically created in the builder at the moment a workflow needs them, so you don’t have to set everything up in advance.

Connection Types

GloriaMundo supports common connection patterns:

  • OAuth connections: connect via an authorization flow in a popup window
  • API key connections: for services that require a key rather than OAuth

GloriaMundo never asks for your passwords for third-party services.

How To Connect A Service

  1. When you build a workflow, GloriaMundo will detect required services.
  2. If something is missing, you’ll see a prompt to connect it.
  3. Click Connect, complete the authorization flow, and return to GloriaMundo.

After a successful connection, the workflow can proceed to Virtual Run and live execution.

Choosing A Service For A Capability

Some capabilities can be fulfilled by multiple services (for example: “send email” or “send a message”). When there are multiple options, GloriaMundo can prompt you to choose a preferred service.

This keeps workflow creation user-friendly: you can describe what you want to do, then pick the service you want to use when it matters.

Missing Or Expired Connections

If a workflow can’t run because a connection is missing or expired, you’ll see it surfaced in:

  • The builder (during Virtual Run or execution)
  • The workflow dashboard (workflows that are blocked or not ready)

Reconnect the service when prompted and re-run Virtual Run to confirm everything is ready.

Troubleshooting

OAuth popup didn’t open or didn’t close

Check your browser’s popup blocking settings and try again.

Connection looks connected but steps still fail

Try reconnecting the service and running Virtual Run again. Some services require periodic re-authorization.

I can’t find an app

The catalog is large, but not every app is available. If your app isn’t listed, you can often use webhooks, browser steps, or a neighboring tool with a similar capability.
